Using Memobook

These terms govern your use of memobook.ai and the Memobook service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Memobook. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to felipeflores@memobook.ai.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Memobook is a language-practice service using AI conversations, learning records, and generated feedback.

Your account

You sign in through Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity through your Memobook account. Do not impersonate another person or use an account you are not authorized to use. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your Memobook account without permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, conversation content, audio, and learning records are processed. Using the microphone requires your browser's permission.

Your content and AI processing

You retain your rights in content you provide. You give Memobook permission to store and process that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sending relevant content and audio to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy.

Only provide material you have the right to use and share for this purpose. Do not submit another person's private information without authorization or include material that you are not permitted to send to our AI providers. Provider handling is also governed by their applicable terms and policies.

Learning feedback and generated content

AI conversations, corrections, pronunciation assessments, and level estimates can be incomplete or wrong. Review generated content before relying on it. A Memobook level is a learning estimate, not an official language certification, examination score, or guarantee of progress.

Practice scenarios do not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other specialist advice. You are responsible for how you use generated content in real situations.

Acceptable use

Do not use Memobook unlawfully, infringe other people's rights, harass others, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person's account or private content. Do not bypass access controls, safety protections, or usage limits.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security problems, or legal requirements. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact felipeflores@memobook.ai.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable, including when third-party providers change their services. Keep copies of content you need; individual Memobooks can be downloaded from their settings.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Memobook is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service, error-free output, or a particular learning result. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Any future paid offering will have its pricing and purchase terms presented before you buy. These terms do not authorize a charge or subscription by themselves.

Stopping use, data requests, and changes

You can stop using Memobook at any time. Archiving a book does not delete its saved records. To request deletion of your account or content, email felipeflores@memobook.ai; the Privacy Policy explains the current data controls and retention boundaries.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the latest version. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service. Contact felipeflores@memobook.ai with questions or concerns.
